McClure (Civil Engineering) is currently searching for a Proposal Coordinator to join our team! The Proposal Coordinator is a creative-minded team member who has the unique ability to create and design messages that impact potential and existing clients for the firm’s overall success. The Proposal Coordinator understands client needs and actively works with project managers to create and design useful marketing materials to capture new clients and maintain strong existing relationships.

The Proposal Coordinator will create, organize, and lead the production of client-specific packages in response to Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). A successful Proposal Coordinator can effectively prioritize and meet deadlines for proposals (often concurrently) from the decision to pursue through submission. In addition to proposals, the Proposal Coordinator will create presentations and other collateral for client meetings and project interviews. As part of their role, the Proposal Coordinator will make and maintain project descriptions, resumes, and other materials for use in proposals. The Proposal Coordinator will partner with Team Members across all of McClure’s disciplines to ensure quality communication materials are delivered on time. The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for preparing proposals and written documents to achieve a highly professional physical appearance and maintain brand standards on all deliverables.

Educational and/or Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Two to four years of experience with related marketing and communications responsibilities preferred
  • Previous Graphic Design experience highly preferred
