NORTH KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI, January 16, 2023 – Colton Demesko has joined McClure’s Development team as a Staff Engineer.

Demesko graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Before coming to McClure, Demesko worked as a Development Associate Intern at NorthPoint Development. As an intern, he helped source development opportunities through entitlement and worked with companies to complete TI constructions. Demesko also worked as a Prototyping and Drafting Intern at BioMicrobics. At BioMicrobes he created installation manuals, updated the company’s product drawings, and 3D modeled and created a prototype for a water recycling system called a ReCover.

Demesko will work alongside the Development team in North Kansas City to achieve the McClure vision of making lives better. He is looking forward to working with the McClure team and learning as much as possible. When asked what made him decide to join McClure, he said, “I wanted to expand my knowledge within civil engineering and learn the processes behind creating a successful development; I saw McClure had the capacity to deliver that and more.”
