NORTH KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI, May 2, 2022 – James has joined McClure’s Water team as a Project Manager.

Fisher graduated in 2002 from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Kansas and holds the following certifications: Refinery Safety; Incident and Injury Free Orientation (IIFO) – Chevron Richmond Refinery; OSHA 10-Hour; and Confined Space Entry. Fisher brings vast knowledge and understanding of Sewer Evaluation Studies, Hydraulic Modeling, Asset Management, and Water and Sewer Design to McClure. Prior to joining the McClure team, he worked for Wade & Associates as a Project Engineer, TREKK Design Group as a Project Manager, BlueWater Solutions Group as a Principal, and most recently at JAX Engineering as a Project Manager.

At McClure, Fisher will collaborate with the Kansas and Missouri Water Team, utilizing his prior design experience with pump station and treatment work, and achieving our vision of “making lives better.” When asked what made him decide to join McClure, Fisher said, “I have worked with McClure for several years now through my previous employments and when it came time to make a change, McClure was my first choice.”
