CLIVE, Iowa, August 11, 2021 – Jess has joined the McClure team as an HR Generalist.
Callahan received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, with Minors in Psychology and Spanish from Luther College. Prior to McClure, she worked part-time at the YMCA as a part of the Welcome Center staff handling member inquiries and performing membership sales and program registrations. While attending Luther College, Callahan was an intern during school breaks at Think Safe Inc. There, she worked directly with the owner on special projects and assisted in office, bookkeeping, and accounting functions, as well as performed competitive research and analysis.
In her role, Callahan will be working with the Clive Office’s Human Resources team, to achieve McClure’s vision of making lives better. She said, “I am looking forward to working closely with the Human Resources team and getting to know the McClure community.”
When asked what made her decide to join McClure, she said, “When thinking about my future, I wanted to work for a company that felt like home and shared similar goals and values.
