NORTH LIBERTY, IOWA, April 27, 2022 – Lacy has joined McClure’s Development Team as a Project Manager.

Lampe graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. While attending Iowa State University, she had multiple internships and summer jobs including an engineering firm in Wyoming, completing gradations and concrete mix designs for Croell Redi-Mix, and then working on general office tasks for a pipe and grading contractor out of Ames that included quantity take-offs, cost estimating, coordinating construction crews, and putting together and submitting construction bids. Prior to joining McClure, Lampe worked as a Project Manager at Snyder & Associates in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. While there, she primarily focused on commercial development, institutional work, and recreational trail design and planning (primarily with Department of Transportation funding). Lampe is a licensed Professional Engineer in Iowa.

At McClure, Lampe will collaborate with the Eastern Iowa team, utilize her prior trail experience, and will achieve our vision of “making lives better” for municipalities. When asked what made her decide to join McClure, she said, “I am looking forward to working with a company that puts emphasis on company culture, values its employees, and promotes personal advancement. I am also excited to be a part of starting a team from the ground up to help break into a market that has exponential growth.”
