NORTH LIBERTY, IOWA, May 23, 2022 – Matt Brimeyer has joined McClure’s Water team as an On-Site Representative.
Brimeyer graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a focus in civil practice. Prior to coming to McClure, he had an internship with the Iowa DOT working on the I-80 and 380 interchange as an on-site engineer. During his internship he gained experience performing Quality Control for testing concrete, checking rebar, and keeping track of quantities.
At McClure, Brimeyer will collaborate with the firm’s Water team, engineers of other disciplines, and surveyors directly out of the North Liberty office. When asked what made him decide to join McClure, he said, “The McClure team culture. I remember being in an interview and everybody was having a conversation like it was Friday after work. Which showed that they work well with each other, and that working here was going to be enjoyable.”
