Ricky Corona Joins McClure

CLIVE, Iowa, January 8, 2020 – Ricky Corona has joined the McClure team as Staff Engineer for the development services group.

“I am looking forward to growing professionally and working alongside great people,” said Corona.

Prior to joining McClure, Corona worked with the Iowa DOT as an intern for four years while in college. There he gained experience as a construction inspector, prepared test samples in the soils and aggregate lab, performed non-destructive tests on Iowa roads with the Special Investigations Unit, and designed semi-integral abutment standards for the Office of Bridges and Structures. In April 2018, Corona joined the Survey Team at McClure helping with construction staking and other duties.

Corona has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University. He also has an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certificate from the State of Iowa.
