BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS, March 3, 2025 – Bobby Pontes has joined McClure’s Aviation team as a Resident Project Representative.

Pontes brings a strong background in construction and pavement management to his new role. He graduated from Mount Ida College with an Associate of Arts degree in Business Management and holds multiple industry certifications, including OSHA 10, Project Management, AASHTO TC3 Plan Reading and Math Concepts, and FHWA-NHI Road Safety Fundamentals.

He began his construction career at Brox Industries, working as a laborer on a paving crew before advancing to superintendent. He then transitioned to engineering consulting world, where he served as an HMA Inspector (NETTCP HMA Inspector #4250) in New Hampshire Department of Transportation’s District 5. Earlier this year, he was promoted to Contract Administrator, overseeing projects within the same district.

As part of McClure’s Aviation team, Pontes will play a key role in delivering high-quality aviation infrastructure projects, aligning with McClure’s vision of making lives better.

“When I learned about the opportunity at McClure, I couldn’t pass it up,” said Pontes. “Joining the aviation team as a Resident Project Representative combines my knowledge of pavement with my passion for aviation—it’s truly a dream job for me! I was also drawn to the opportunity to grow with a company that’s expanding, especially with such a welcoming team that has already made me feel at home.”
