DES MOINES, IOWA, June 22, 2026- McClure is pleased to welcome Caleb Seelye to the Transportation team as an On-Site Representative.
Earning an associate degree in construction management, Caleb joins McClure with 18 years of experience with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, including the past eight years as a Construction Control Representative. Throughout his career, Caleb has developed a strong background in construction management, field inspection, contract administration, quality assurance, project coordination, and client communication across a wide range of civil and vertical construction projects.
Caleb has served as a Lead Construction Control Representative and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) on multi-million-dollar infrastructure and facility projects, including dam rehabilitation, pump stations, utilities, shoreline stabilization, roadway and trail infrastructure, vertical construction, and large design build facilities. His experience includes field observation, contractor coordination, QA/QC oversight, project documentation, pay estimates, change orders, schedule management, and ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
Now at McClure, Caleb serves as an On-Site Representative for the Transportation team in the Des Moines office. In this role, he is looking forward to building strong relationships with contractors, clients, and project teams, while supporting the delivery of high-quality projects.
