Chasen Congreves

PORTSMOUTH, NEW HAMPSHIRE, February 9, 2026 – McClure is pleased to welcome Chasen Congreves to the Aviation team as an Aviation Project Manager.

Chasen holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from Daniel Webster College and a Master of Science in Aviation and Aerospace Sustainability from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He also maintains multiple professional certifications, including two programs through the American Association of Airport Executives: Certified Member (C.M.) and Certified Young Professional (CYP).

Most recently, Chasen served in multiple leadership roles with the Pease Development Authority, including Business Development and Revenue Manager and Director of Operations. During his tenure, he was responsible for overseeing airport and tradeport marketing, business development initiatives, property management, and revenue strategies that supported both operational and organizational growth.

As an Aviation Project Manager at McClure, Chasen will oversee aviation planning projects and support business development initiatives across the Northeast. Chasen will also collaborate closely with the aviation team to support contract development and client engagement efforts. He is looking forward to working with a talented, multidisciplinary team and contributing to the continued growth of McClure’s aviation practice in the region.

When asked what drew him to McClure, Chasen shared, “From my perspective working within an airport authority, I had seen several highly respected professionals I previously collaborated with transition to McClure over the past few years. That spoke volumes about the firm and its culture. It quickly became clear that McClure was building a strong and growing aviation practice in the Northeast. What ultimately drew me in was not only the opportunity to contribute to that growth, but also the depth of expertise, collaboration, and forward-thinking approach McClure offers. It was clear this was a place where both the aviation practice and my own career could continue to grow.”
