COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, May 26, 2026- McClure is pleased to welcome Dale to the Structural team as an Engineering Technician.
Dale earned his Associate Degree in Drafting and Design Engineering Technology from State Technical College of Missouri. He also holds an ADDA Certified Drafter certification, reflecting his strong technical foundation, precision, and commitment to industry standards.
Prior to joining McClure full-time, Dale gained hands-on experience working as a precision machinist, interpreting technical designs and manufactured parts to exact specifications. He also worked in customer service, supporting daily operations, and assisting customers. These experiences helped him develop a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.
Dale previously interned with McClure and was drawn to both the work and the collaborative environment, which ultimately influenced his decision to join the team full-time. He shared, “I had a great internship and enjoy the people I worked with.”
As he begins his career with McClure, Dale is looking forward to continuing to grow his drafting and design experience while working alongside the Structural team.
