PORTSMOUTH, NEW HAMPSHIRE, February 23, 2026- McClure is pleased to welcome Dan Molaver to the Transportation team as an On-Site Representative.
Dan began his career in the engineering field working for a drilling and blasting company, where he gained hands-on experience in site layout, drilling operations, and a variety of construction projects throughout the state of Connecticut. In 2015, Dan joined MaineDOT and steadily advanced to the role of State Construction Projects Superintendent for the Northern Region. In this position, he managed a portfolio of pavement preservation and rehabilitation projects, overseeing each from initial scoping through final close-out.
At McClure, Dan will serve as an On-Site Representative, supporting staff on design projects for MaineDOT. He will also spend time in the field continuing work on a large-scale rehabilitation project that he began during the initial design phase with MaineDOT in 2023. Dan is especially looking forward to gaining exposure to the diverse disciplines McClure offers while further developing his project management experience.
When asked what drew him to joining the McClure team, Dan shared: “I decided to join McClure after meeting with local New England leadership to discuss McClure’s plans in New England and where I may fit into the picture. It was immediately obvious to me that McClure would be a place where I can learn and grow, experience strong support and guidance, and be part of a team that supports each other every step of the way and has fun while doing so.”
