COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, August 10, 2026 – McClure is pleased to welcome Elysia Moore to the Water Team as a Project Manager.
Elysia earned her degree in Environmental Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and brings five years of experience in the water industry from the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. In her previous role, she oversaw drinking water systems across northeast Missouri, providing technical guidance and support to ensure safe, reliable water service for communities throughout the region.
As a Project Manager on McClure’s Water Team, Elysia will support a variety of water and wastewater projects, helping clients develop practical solutions to complex infrastructure challenges. She is excited about the opportunity to solve problems, support communities, and make a meaningful impact through her work.
Elysia chose McClure because of the strong relationships she built with the team during her time at the DNR. Throughout her career, she consistently heard positive feedback about the company and its people.
