
COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, September 22, 2025 – McClure is excited to welcome Eric Seaman as a Senior Project Manager on the Water team.
Eric earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri and a voluntary wastewater collections system operator. With more than 30 years of experience in the water industry, Eric brings the a wealth of knowledge and leadership. For the past 22 years, he served as the Wastewater Division Director for Jefferson City, Missouri, where he oversaw utility staff, capital improvements, budgets, and compliance.
At McClure, Eric will collaborate with the Water team to help advance the company’s vision of making lives better. He’s enthusiastic about diving into new projects and working alongside team members across the organization. When asked what drew him to McClure, Seaman shared, “I was a Shafer, Klein and Warren employee and have a fondness for the staff and what we were able to accomplish.
