BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS, July 15, 2024 – Eric Upshur has joined McClure’s Structural team as a Senior BIM Services Specialist.
Upshur graduated from Mercer County Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in Building Construction Technology. He is also certified in Architectural Technology. Prior to joining McClure, he worked at American Panel Tec. He started as a CAD Detailer and worked his way up to the Assistant Design Manager. Most recently, his job responsibilities included designing panels using AutoCAD and Vertex BD, project coordination, and assisting other Detailers.
Upshur will work alongside McClure’s Structural team to achieve McClure’s vision of making lives better. He looks forward to helping expand the Cold-Formed Steel area of McClure’s business. When asked what made him decide to join McClure, he said, “I really wanted to continue learning and advancing in my professional career. The potential to do so within a growing company like McClure, while also being able to contribute my skills and experience, convinced me that this is the ideal place to be.”
