NORTH KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI August 10, 2026 – McClure is pleased to welcome Erik Homewood to the Development team as a Civil Designer.
Erik brings more than 20 years of industry experience, including 13 years with Mammoth Sports Construction, where he progressed from Assistant Superintendent to Project Manager before transitioning into civil design. Throughout his career, he has contributed to both federal and private projects across the country, developing extensive expertise in construction, project coordination, and site development. For the past seven years, Erik has focused on civil design, leveraging his field experience with practical, constructible design solutions.
After years in the field, Erik developed a strong interest in the design process and the opportunity to shape projects from the ground up. His construction background provides valuable insight into how projects are built, allowing him to bridge the gap between design and construction. This perspective helps team anticipate challenges, improve coordination, and create solutions that work effectively in the field.
As a Civil Designer on McClure’s Development team, Erik will support a variety of site development projects. He looks forward to collaborating with a talented team, continuing to grow professionally, and contributing to projects that positively impact the communities they serve.
