CLIVE, IOWA, May 19, 2025 – Jayda Gay has joined McClure’s Marketing team as a Marketing and Communications Assistant.
Jayda is a graduate of Graceland University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Business Management. She began her professional journey at Capital City Fruit in Norwalk as a high school Dock intern, managing the company’s Amazon store and handled shipping logistics. She later returned for a Human Resources internship, gaining experience in onboarding, benefits, audits, and investigations. At Graceland, Jayda served as a Presidential Ambassador and Academic Student Council President, where she led campus tours, participated in student panels, and developed academic programming to support student success and recruitment.
In her role, Jayda will support the Marketing and Communications team in furthering the firm’s vision of making lives better. She looks forward to growing both personally and professionally as she gains hands-on experience in the field.
When asked why she chose McClure, Jayda shared, “The deciding factor—and what ultimately drew me to McClure—was learning about the company culture. From the moment I walked in the door for my interview, I was greeted with nothing but kindness and appreciation for my time. When I was informed of the company size and the sense of community that surrounds all the team members, I knew this was the place for me. I enjoy working with people who want to see me succeed and push me to be better.”
