Joe greatly values how transportation solutions have evolved over the years and is an advocate that the safety needs of a project be identified and prioritized at the project inception. The transportation network is the backbone of society and needs to be thoughtfully designed to ensure it fosters, reflects, and enriches the values of the community. Joe’s experience is diverse and consists of traffic analyses, traffic signal design, intersection design, roadway reconstruction, traffic calming, multimodal accommodations, roundabout design, road safety audits, public engagement, and the preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates. He has been involved in all stages of a project from inception through construction. Joe is most fulfilled by satisfying the needs of clients and building lasting relationships grounded in trust.
