ANKENY, IOWA, September 9, 2024 – Joey Riley has joined McClure’s Transportation team as a Project Engineer.
Riley graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor in Civil Engineering. Riley is a certified Professional Engineer in Iowa. Before joining McClure, he gained experience through various internships during college, working with consulting firms and the Iowa Department of Transportation (Iowa DOT). After graduating, he spent five years at JEO Consulting Group as a design engineer, where he specialized in developing roadway plans using MicroStation.
Riley will work alongside the Transportation team to achieve McClure’s vision of making lives better. He is looking forward to working with the team at McClure and learning from the experienced staff. When asked what made him decide to join McClure, he said, “I decided to join McClure because of the experienced design staff and project managers to help guide me to become a more experienced engineer. I also like that McClure has a large backlog of work to keep me busy and my brain stimulated.”
