CLIVE, IOWA, May 7, 2025 – Jon McClure has joined the McClure team to support the firm’s continued growth and expansion. In his new role, Jon will assist the leadership team with identifying potential acquisition opportunities, supporting post-closing integration, and sourcing capital. He will also support the integration of ATI Group’s services across McClure’s offices, partnering with regional leaders to evaluate new opportunities and grow ATI Group’s footprint.
Jon’s return to McClure marks a meaningful continuation of a long-standing connection. His father founded the firm, and Jon began working at the company at age 14, spending seven summers on a survey crew. He credits mentors like Mike Trotter and Terry Lutz—then just beginning their own careers—with shaping his perspective and inspiring his path into real estate development.
Before rejoining McClure, Jon served as CEO of IUVO Companies, leading real estate projects focused on community impact and investment. He also co-founded Chesapeake Companies, where he spent more than 25 years managing commercial real estate developments across the country. His earlier career included leadership roles at Woodbridge Property Company in Arizona and Minnesota.
Reflecting on his return to McClure, Jon shared, “Late last fall, I had the chance to reconnect with Terry and meet Dustin. They walked me through their vision for the company—and I was immediately excited.
