CARROLL, IOWA, March 13, 2025 – Justin Thiemann has successfully passed the Professional Engineering (PE) exam, earning the title of Professional Engineer.

Becoming a Professional Engineer, requires a four-year college degree, pass the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam, completing four years of professional experience, and successfully passing the PE exam.

“Professional Engineer licensure is the culmination of years of hard work and dedication. As engineers, we are entrusted with protecting the public’s health, safety, and welfare. Licensure is a key step in demonstrating that engineers are prepared to make critical decisions that impact the public,” said Cody Forch, Transportation Team Leader. “We congratulate Justin on this tremendous achievement—his talents will continue making lives better for McClure and our clients for years to come.”

Thiemann reflected on his accomplishment and the support he received along the way. “I’m grateful to have passed the PE exam and to be one step closer to becoming a licensed Professional Engineer.
