WATERLOO, IOWA, November 4, 2025 – McClure is excited to welcome Landon Cleary to the Development team as a Project Manager.
Cleary is a graduate of Iowa State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is also a Professional Engineer licensed in Iowa.
Before joining McClure, Cleary spent over four years with Butler County as an Assistant County Engineer, where he designed and oversaw the construction of roadways, culverts, and bridges. Cleary then spent over three years with ISG as a Civil Engineer, gaining experience in site and utility design for institutional, commercial, and industrial projects, as well as roadway and utility design for municipalities.
At McClure, Cleary will serve as a Project Manager for the Development team, contributing to McClure’s continued growth in the Waterloo and Cedar Valley market. When asked what led him to McClure, Cleary shared, “I joined McClure for the opportunity to re-unite with some great former colleagues along with the rest of the McClure team!”
