
PORTSMOUTH, NEW HAMPSHIRE, November 12, 2025 – McClure is excited to welcome Matt Routhier to the Development team as a Project Manager.
Matt earned his Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Massachusetts–Amherst. With licenses in both New Hampshire and Maine and specialized certifications in septic system design and evaluation, he brings a wealth of technical expertise to McClure’s development team.
Matt brings more than two decades of experience in landscape architecture, land planning, and civil site design across municipal, residential, commercial, and retail projects throughout New Hampshire. His career includes extensive work in project management, permitting, stormwater and utility design, grading, septic system design, erosion control inspections, proposal writing, construction administration, and public presentations for planning and zoning boards. With long-term tenures at several respected firms, Matt’s background covers a variety of development areas.
At McClure, Matt will manage multiple projects and mentor young professionals. He is most looking forward to “working with talented individuals and on interesting projects all while expanding the East Coast Development team.” When asked what led him to McClure, Routhier shared, “The client driven focus of the company and career growth opportunities as well as McClure’s understanding of the need to provide work life balance for employees and understanding the value employees play in the growth of the company.”
