July 25, 2024 – In honor of National Intern Day, McClure proudly recognizes the contributions of our 28 interns. As a leading civil and structural engineering firm, we are dedicated to providing real-world experience to the next generation of engineers.
Our interns, based in 10 of our offices, have worked on a variety of projects in Aviation, Development, Transportation, Survey, Structural, and Water disciplines. This hands-on experience has been crucial for their professional development.
“At McClure, we value mentorship and practical experience,” said Erica Tietz, SHRM-CP, Human Resources Officer. “Our interns’ dedication and enthusiasm have significantly contributed to our projects during our busiest time of the year. Many of our interns return for future summer experiences and join McClure post-graduation. We are grateful for their numerous contributions this summer!”
Our interns have gained valuable skills by working closely with our experienced teams, participating in tasks ranging from survey field work to infrastructure design. As we celebrate National Intern Day, McClure remains committed to supporting and developing engineering talent.
