NORTH KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI, November 25, 2025 – McClure is excited to welcome Megan Lehman to the Transportation team as a Water Resources Engineer.
Megan is a graduate of Kansas State University, where she earned her degree in Biological Systems Engineering in 2020. She recently achieved a major career milestone by earning her Professional Engineering license.
Before joining McClure, Lehman worked at Wilson & Company in Kansas City as a Water Resources Engineer. Her experience includes completing drainage studies, preparing CLOMR/LOMR submittals, working on a watermain replacement project, and supporting numerous bridge and culvert removal-and-replacement projects across rural Missouri. This work gave her a strong foundation in both water resources and infrastructure design.
At McClure, Megan is looking forward to continuing her work in water resources while having the opportunity to collaborate across disciplines and broaden her project experience.
When asked what led her to McClure, Megan shared that McClure’s collaborative culture played a major role in her decision. “The environment wasn’t just collaborative within each group, but across all groups,” she said. “I’m excited for the opportunity to work within multiple disciplines and not stay within just one.”
