COLUMBIA, Missouri, July 12, 2021 – Ellen Modglin, EI has joined the McClure Water team as a Staff Engineer.
Modglin graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering and a Minor in Spanish. She currently has her Engineer Intern (EI) certification.
Before McClure, Modglin worked for the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MoDNR) in Jefferson City, Missouri for three years. She worked in the wastewater engineering section on antidegradation reviews, construction permitting, and operating permits for domestic and industrial wastewater treatment facilities.
In her role, Modglin will be working with the Water team to achieve McClure’s vision of making lives better. Modglin said, “I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge in the field of drinking water and wastewater treatment and gaining more hands-on design experience.”
When asked what made her choose McClure, Modglin said, “My career goals align with the company’s vision of making lives better. I want to have a positive impact on our society, and I believe McClure will be a great place to grow as an engineering professional.”
