SIOUX CITY, Iowa, January 6, 2020 – Ian Davis has joined the McClure team as Staff Engineer for the water group.
In his role, Ian will be working with the Sioux City water team. He will be learning and applying innovative water engineering to improve the lives of the people in Iowa.
“I decided to join the McClure team after experiencing the culture here at the Sioux City office,” said Davis. “And because I knew that the work that I preformed would positively affect the people in the community.”
Prior to joining McClure, Davis was a student at Iowa State University. He held several internships during college including an engineering internship at GeoStabilization International where he worked on repairing landslides across the country. He was also a materials intern at Terracon and a plant engineering intern at Winnebago Industries.
Davis has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with an Environmental Emphasis from Iowa State University. He also has an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certificate from the State of Iowa.
