CLIVE, IOWA, October 9, 2023 – Kristina Warnemunde has joined McClure’s Development team as an Executive Liaison.
Warnemunde graduated from Iowa State University with two Bachelor of Art degrees in Art and Design and Housing in the Near Environment. Prior to McClure, she started her career at Nelson Construction as an Administrative Assistant, putting marketing materials together and miscellaneous bidding documents. She then worked at DLR Group as a project coordinator. In this role, she formatted specifications during the construction administration phase, handled bidding documents and contracts between the owner/contractor, and served as the main point of contact between the owner/contractor and architects/engineers. She also handled RFIs, submittals, change orders, proposal requests, ASIs, processing contractor pay applications, punch lists, closeout processes, training materials for new DLR Group project coordinators, and was involved with anything during the bidding/construction/closeout phase of a project.
Warnemunde will work alongside the Development team to achieve the McClure vision of making lives better. She is looking forward to working for a great company and learning another side of the industry.
