ANKENY, IOWA, October 2, 2023 – Steve Hunt has joined the Survey team as a Crew Chief.
Hunt graduated from Centre College with Bachelor of Arts Degrees in both Anthropology and English Literature. Hunt worked for McClure in 2012 and brings over twenty years of experience in Land Surveying. Most recently, he worked for Olsson as a Lead Crew Chief. In this role, he managed day-to-day field operations and worked with multiple contractors on the Meta/Facebook data farm in Altoona, IA, and the Apple data center in Waukee, IA. Hunt has worked in many facets of land survey and various laser-based profiling in offices located in Tennessee, Iowa, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
Hunt will work alongside the Survey team in Ankeny to achieve McClure’s vision of making lives better. When asked what made him decide to join McClure, he said, “I worked for McClure about 10 years ago, and I am happy to be back!”
