CLIVE, IOWA, August 8, 2026 – McClure is pleased to welcome Nick Streng to the Development Team as a Project Manager.
Nick earned a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Ohio State University and is a licensed Professional Landscape Architect in Iowa and Missouri. He also holds Iowa DOT PCC 1 & 2 certifications, along with ASTM Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) certification.
Prior to joining McClure, Nick built a diverse career in landscape architecture, planning, and project management across both the public and private sectors. His experience includes leading community and development-focused projects from concept through construction, collaborating with clients, municipalities, and stakeholders to create thoughtful, lasting solutions.
At McClure, Nick will serve as a Project Manager, Landscape Architect, and Designer on the Development Team. Drawing on his expertise in planning, design, and project management, he will support a wide range of development projects while helping clients and communities achieve successful outcomes. He is especially excited to collaborate alongside McClure’s talented team, contribute to impactful projects, and help continue growing a strong and successful Development team
Nick was drawn to McClure by the opportunity to help build a unique and highly sought-after land development team. Having worked alongside several current McClure team members throughout his career, he was confident that McClure would be an excellent fit.
