Niki Mason

Niki Mason currently serves as Vice President of Development at McClure. With more than two decades of experience in real estate and development, she has led large-scale growth, transformation, and capital investment initiatives across retail and mixed-use portfolios. Prior to joining McClure, she served as Chief Development Officer for Maverik and FJ Management, where she oversaw a $450 million annual capital program, guided enterprise KPIs, and played a key role in the post-acquisition integration of Kum & Go—doubling the organization’s operational footprint and delivering record levels of new store construction and rebrands across 21 states. At McClure, Niki supports our clients and teams by guiding development strategies and fostering collaboration, all in support of our vision of making lives better.
