Mason holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Iowa State University. She will bring more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale development programs and guiding multidisciplinary teams across retail, mixed-use, and community-focused projects. Throughout her career, she has overseen hundreds of millions of dollars in annual capital programs, has led multi-state development portfolios, and has partnered closely with municipalities, stakeholders, and private entities to deliver impactful, long-term solutions.
Prior to joining McClure, Mason served as Chief Development Officer at Maverik, where she was a member of the executive leadership team and led post-acquisition integration efforts following a major merger that doubled the company’s operational footprint. As Vice President of Development, Mason will support McClure’s clients and teams by guiding development projects and fostering collaboration in support of McClure’s vision of making lives better.
“I’m excited to join McClure and support our clients in bringing thoughtful, strategic development to life,” said Mason. “Throughout my career, I’ve seen how the right partnerships and planning can transform communities, and I look forward to working closely with our clients and teams to deliver meaningful, long‑term solutions that meet their goals and create lasting impact.”
