
PORTSMOUTH, NEW HAMPSHIRE, June 2, 2025 – Owais Khalid has joined McClure’s Transportation team as a Civil Designer.
Khalid earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and holds an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification. He previously served as a Roadway Engineer with the New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT), where he gained valuable experience working on a range of transportation projects. His responsibilities included conducting traffic analysis for an intersection project in Northwood-Nottingham, NH, and performing bridge inspections on the F.E. Everett Turnpike over two summers.
As a Civil Designer, Khalid will support McClure’s Transportation team in delivering impactful infrastructure solutions that align with the firm’s vision of making lives better. He is excited to expand his expertise and take on increasingly complex design challenges. When asked what led him to McClure, Khalid shared, “What drew me to McClure was the strong sense of camaraderie among the team and the way the company values and supports its employees—something that really resonated with me.”
