The Boone Hospital Center South Campus Medical Plaza is a three-story medical office building featuring a prominent steel structure with a large porte-cochère and distinctive exterior elements. The design includes a walk-out lower level with tall concrete basement walls and columns, as well as a dramatic two-story vaulted atrium highlighted by a curved steel staircase.
McClure served as the Engineer of Record, collaborating closely with the architect and design team to deliver this high-profile local project. The completed facility serves as a striking focal point at a major intersection on the south side of town, enhancing the area's visual and functional landscape.
