The 10,000‑square‑foot preschool was designed as a single‑story structure supported by cold‑formed steel bearing walls, while the 53,000‑square‑foot K‑8 building spans two stories and includes administrative offices, a cafeteria, and classrooms supported by an Ecospan composite floor system and load‑bearing cold‑formed steel walls. The 8,600‑square‑foot gymnasium was constructed as a pre‑engineered metal building, delivering a durable and cost‑efficient solution.
