This project included a preschool, a kindergarten-through-eighth-grade academic building, and a gymnasium. The 10,000-square-foot preschool was designed as a single-story structure supported by cold-formed steel bearing walls. The K–8 building spans 53,000 square feet across two stories and houses administrative offices, a cafeteria, and classrooms. Its structure features an Ecospan composite floor system supported by cold-formed load-bearing walls. The 8,600-square-foot gymnasium was constructed as a pre-engineered metal building, providing durability and cost efficiency.
