McClure has been providing On-Call Engineering services for the City of Haverhill to address a wide range of needs for the Engineering Department. We have performed warrants and capacity analyses for traffic signals, All-Way Stop Control, Two-Way Stop Control, and roundabouts. Services also include grant funding assistance, conceptual intersection designs, cost estimating, interim intersection safety projects, pedestrian safety improvements, sight distance evaluations, and peer review of bicycle lane improvements. We have also collected traffic count data to review the potential for heavy vehicle exclusions.
