Designed for modern logistics, it features 56 dock doors, 2 drive-in doors, a 32-foot clear height, and 242 vehicle parking stalls. Completed in early 2023 and co-developed by ATI Group, McClure provided civil engineering and land surveying services including site layout, grading, drainage, utility coordination, and construction documentation. The site offers access to major transportation routes, enhancing operational efficiency and future growth potential.
