McClure provided comprehensive civil engineering and surveying services for the development of a 75,000 square foot medical office building on a 4.0-acre site in Overland Park, Kansas. The site includes 367 parking spaces, combining both surface and structured parking to accommodate patient and staff needs.

Scope of work included preliminary and final site planning, civil site improvement design, a sanitary sewer main extension, and observation of sewer installation. In addition, McClure’s survey team prepared the final plat to support project approvals and ensure compliance with local development standards.
