McClure provided comprehensive civil engineering and surveying services to support the development of a multi-family apartment complex within CityPlace, a premier mixed-use community in Overland Park, Kansas. The project consists of 370 residential units and 779 parking spaces—both surface and structured garage—across a 6.8-acre site. Services included final site planning, civil site improvement design, stormwater detention system design, and the preparation of sanitary sewer main extension plans. McClure also conducted sanitary sewer installation observation to ensure construction compliance with design specifications and local standards.

In addition to engineering support, McClure performed detailed surveying services and prepared the final plat for the development. The team coordinated closely with City staff and project stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and to facilitate timely approvals. The resulting design not only maximized site functionality and density but also supported long-term operational efficiency, contributing to the continued success of the CityPlace development.
