McClure provided comprehensive engineering and surveying services for a proposed 288-unit multi-family apartment development on a 7.6-acre site in Overland Park, Kansas. Services included rezoning support, preliminary and final site planning, and civil site improvement design. The stormwater management strategy featured a below-ground detention system to efficiently utilize available site area. McClure also served as a third-party construction observer to ensure quality and compliance throughout the build. Surveying services included an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey, topographic survey, and preparation of the final plat to support project approvals and development.
