The existing truss bridge on County Road 1051 had reached the end of its service life and was deemed eligible for replacement through the Off-System Bridge (BRO) Funding program. Callaway County selected McClure to design a new structure that met all program requirements.

- During the right-of-way negotiation phase, on landowner requested compensation and McClure provided Waiver Valuation documentation as part of the process, keeping the project within federal funding guidelines
