Project Overview
McClure provided final site planning services, and civil site improvement design services for a proposed 125,000 sq. ft. office building with 591 parking spaces on a 7.0 acre site located at CityPlace, in Overland Park, Kansas. McClure also provided survey services to prepare a final plat for the project.
Project Highlights:
- Highlights include grading coordination to accommodate a multi-tier retaining wall at the northeast corner of the site that meets strict city retaining wall guidelines and also incorporates development signage.
