CityPlace Corporate Centre I
Overland Park, KS
McClure provided comprehensive civil engineering and surveying services for the development of a 125,000-square-foot Class A office building situated on a 7.0-acre site within the CityPlace development in Overland Park, Kansas. As part of the project, McClure led final site planning efforts and designed civil site improvements to support the building and associated infrastructure, including grading, stormwater management, utility layout, and paving design. The site was designed to accommodate 591 parking spaces while meeting all local zoning, accessibility, and stormwater requirements.
In addition to civil engineering services, McClure completed the boundary and topographic surveys necessary to support project design and prepared a final plat to facilitate the development process. Close coordination with the City of Overland Park, utility providers, and the broader CityPlace master plan team was essential to ensuring alignment with long-term infrastructure planning and design continuity across the mixed-use development. The project contributes to CityPlace’s vision as a premier live-work-play destination and represents a key addition to the area's growing commercial corridor.
