Project Overview
McClure provided final site planning services, civil site improvement design services, stormwater detention design, sanitary sewer main extension plans, and sanitary sewer installation observation for a proposed multi-family apartment building with 370 units and 779 parking spaces (surface & garage spaces) on a 6.8 acre site located at CityPlace, in Overland Park, Kansas. McClure also provided survey services to prepare a final plat for the project.

Highlights include designing the required stormwater detention using a below ground ADS Storm-Tech modular detention system due to limited site area available to accommodate the stormwater detention.
