Project Overview
McClure provided final site planning services, civil site improvement design services, third party construction observation services, and sanitary sewer main installation inspections for a proposed 606,623 sq. ft. warehouse facility building with 464 parking spaces on a 31.0 acre site located at Lenexa Logistics Centre East. McClure also provided design services for a sanitary sewer main extension, design services for 1,700 l.f. of proposed public road extension, and design services for a regional stormwater detention & stormwater treatment to serve the development. McClure also provided survey services to prepare a final plat for the project.
