McClure provided full-service support for the Kennedy Street Low Water Crossing Bridge Replacement, including surveying, hydraulic analysis, permitting, preliminary and final bridge design, geotechnical engineering, materials testing, and construction observation. The project replaced an existing low-water gravel crossing with a single-span bridge structure featuring steel H-piles for the substructure, precast prestressed concrete NU girders for the superstructure, and a cast-in-place concrete deck.

The crossing was located on a county road traversing land owned by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and managed by the Missouri Department of Conservation, with the waterway serving as part of a Corps-regulated lake. McClure successfully coordinated with all involved agencies to navigate permitting requirements and deliver a durable, safe, and environmentally responsible solution.
