Project Overview

McClure provided preliminary site planning services, final site planning services, civil site improvement design services, sanitary sewer main extension, and sanitary sewer installation observation for a proposed 75,000 sq. ft. medical office building with 367 parking spaces (surface & garage spaces) on a 4.0 acre site located in Overland Park, Kansas.  McClure also provided survey services to prepare a final plat for the project.

• Highlights include coordination and approval from KDOT for work along the Interstate 435 right-of-way.
