Project Overview

McClure provided rezoning, preliminary site planning services, final site planning services, civil site improvement design services, stormwater detention plans (below ground system), and third party construction observation services for a proposed multi-family apartment building with 288 units and 487 parking spaces (surface & garage spaces) on a 7.6 acres site located in Overland Park, Kansas.  McClure also provided survey services for an ALTA survey, topographic survey, and final platting for the project.

Project Highlights:

• Highlights include working with the city and fire department to provide fire access around all sides of the building by getting authorization from them to use a “grass pave” system to allow fire truck access on the back side of the building, but maintain a grass lawn area as desired by the developer.
