NORTH KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI, August 31, 2026 – McClure is pleased to welcome Trey Fischer to the Survey Team as a Crew Member.
Trey earned his Associate of Applied Science degree in Civil Construction Technology from State Technical College of Missouri, where he built a strong foundation in surveying and heavy equipment operation.
Prior to joining McClure, Trey completed an internship with Herzog as a Heavy Equipment Operator, assisting with the unloading of rail ties from train cars using backhoes and other specialized equipment. Following graduation, he joined HDR as a Civil Construction and Bridge Inspector, where he gained experience inspecting bridge construction projects and verifying compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
At McClure, Trey will serve as a Survey Crew Member, supporting survey field operations and assisting Crew Chiefs in the field. His background in construction and surveying enables him to contribute effectively to projects while helping deliver accurate, reliable results for clients.
Trey was drawn to McClure because of the firm’s strong survey presence and collaborative culture. He values the positive work environment and team-focused approach that McClure obtains, and he looks forward to continuing to develop his skills while contributing to meaningful projects.
