The City of Shawnee issued a Request for Proposals for the Clear Creek Parkway Improvements project and selected McClure to provide preliminary concept development, design, and construction services. Phase I involved initial site evaluations, field surveys, and background research to inform the project scope. In Phase II, McClure developed preliminary design concepts based on the findings of site studies and reports, including a preliminary construction cost estimate to assist with budgeting and planning.

During Phase III, McClure refined the preliminary design in coordination with City staff, incorporating feedback and preparing detailed design and construction documents. The team also supported the City through public meetings and the bidding process. Phase IV included comprehensive construction phase services such as on-site inspections, staking, traffic control planning, and coordination with businesses and property owners. McClure also provided As-Built drawings and final signage and pavement marking plans to ensure a smooth and complete project delivery.
