McClure provided specialty structural engineering services for the Mason Pointe senior assisted living community in Town and Country, Missouri. The 135,000‑square‑foot development features one level of below‑grade parking, a concrete podium, and three levels of residential construction above.

The structural system consists of cold‑formed steel load‑bearing framing supported by a concrete podium, with CMU stair and elevator cores providing vertical circulation. McClure designed the cold‑formed steel gravity and lateral systems, including strap‑braced shear walls, Eisen floor joists, and engineered cold‑formed steel roof trusses. The building’s lateral force‑resisting system was coordinated to efficiently transfer loads through the framing and podium structure.

McClure also provided BIM joist modeling services at Level of Development 200 and supported the project through construction administration, including shop drawing review and site observations. The coordinated approach between McClure and Eisen Group supported an efficient structural design tailored to the needs of a modern senior living facility.
